Achievement on Hold

A little while before patch 3.2, I started working on my Insane in the Membrane Achievement. It requires getting a few uncommon and hard-to-farm reputations to Exalted, plus the Bloodsail Buccaneers to Honored. The reward is nothing less than the title "the Insane", which I think suits me very well! You can track my progress to a certain degree in the right sidebar on this page.

But after patch 3.2 came around, an old problem became bigger than ever, especially when trying to enter low level instances. Yup, you guessed it... "Additional instances cannot be launched". I'm at a point in my progress, which require me to do frequent runs to LBRS, Scholomance, Stratholme and Dire Maul. And unless I wish to stay up between 3-5am server times, I can pretty much forget it. So sadly I've had to put it on hold until Blizzard can finish their server hardware upgrades and manage to supply us with sufficient number of active instances at once.

Luckily, raids seem to be working great, so their limit on the number of instances has at least made raids far far better for raiders. I remember times when lagfree raids were myths, but nowadays, we're pretty much lagfree all the time. With the exception of patchdays of course... ;)

Anyway, since my number one way of spending my online time has been put on HOLD until who-knows-when, I had to start pursuing other goals instead. Today I got my cooking hat! Yay! And with that one out of the way, I'm going to focus a bit more energy on finally getting the infamous "of the Alliance" title!
