Time for a change

This druid is once more Looking For A Guild. Or I might just join one of my own two again, and actually start my own concept this time.

The preface for this is the aftermath of a Tol Barad defense on my realm. We lost. People ultimately spread out too much, causing us to lose our strength in numbers. Only I from my previous guild was in Tol Barad, I would like to point that out. I voiced my concerns and my idea of how a Tol Barad defense should be done to the people online in my previous guild, seeking justification for my views, or their views on a proper tactic. My hope was that I could have several members of the guild present in any given Tol Barad, thus encouraging a winning tactic.

When it comes to defense, I think it's fairly simple. The attacking faction has the same number of people as the defending faction, and in this lies how to win. To capture a building you need greater numbers at that specific building than the defenders. So to me this is a simple case of counting to 3; You get one base, and ALL move on to the next. The attackers will never be able to stop the defenders, since the attackers are forced to spread out, while the defenders are not. The attackers need to simultaneously capture all 3 objectives, the defenders need only to defend one. There of course are factors like gear, PvP experience, team composition and such that come into play. But as a general rule, with the defenders moving in a huge group, they should not lose. It's so easy to defend compared to attacking, that I consider Tol Barad broken. Anyway, enough tactical babble, let's get back to the guild...

To use words by the famous greedy goblin, I believe there is a lot of M&S in my previous guild.

Their reactions to my little speech about Tol Barad tactics was quite unexpected. Not only did the NOT comment on what I said, they took what they didn't comment on... personal. Apparently I was schooling them. Attacking them. Threatening them...(?) I got assaulted by an avalanche of emo bullshit the likes of which I have never seen outside of the General WoW Forums, and thus I decided to simply take my leave. Not my guild, not my problem. I never invited these people, I never decided anything in that guild. I was simply a raidleader with a different view on the world than the rest of them. I will not spend a second of my time beating against a wall I didn't make, didn't want, and certainly can't move. Farewell, Delirium of Draenor EU.

So here I am, trying to decide what to do next.
